To advance education, knowledge and wisdom for the good of society

The University of Manchester appointed Start Advisory to help realise its ambitions for a new innovation district on its city centre campus.

Working with the University team and a wider group of advisors, Start helped frame the University’s vision for the project and the terms of its offer to investors to be a partner in the venture.

Our work continued through the promotion and tendering stages, competitive dialogue with shortlisted bidders and the final contractual negotiations with the preferred partner.

We continue to provide strategic advice to the University team and Ruairidh Jackson sits on the new Joint Venture Board as one of the University’s representatives.
